Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident while shopping at Veletto.store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with returns as per the policy below.

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery (Editable)

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Hygiene products like shapewear can be returned only if untouched & sealed

  • Damaged or wrong products eligible for free replacement

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn shapewear

  • Items with removed tags or stains

  • Clearance or final sale products

Return Process

  1. Raise a request at support@veletto.store

  2. Share order number, product images & reason for return

  3. Our team verifies and approves within 24-48 hrs

  4. Once approved, product should be couriered back (or picked if serviceable)

  5. After quality check, refund or replacement is issued

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds processed to bank/UPI/wallet within 5-7 working days after QC approval

Order Cancellation

Cancellation allowed before dispatch only. Once shipped, return policy will apply.
